Match report	We managed to pick up from where we left off last week and worked hard to earn a 1-0 lead at half time as Damian diverted in a shot from Andy. In the second half Alfie picked up a goal kick in the middle of the Poppleton half, took a few strides then hit a great shot into the empty Poppy net. Fulford dominated posession and we produced some decent passing football against a Poppleton team that allowed us too much time. Towards the end Poppleton hit a long ball through our defence and their striker ran on to make it 2-1. The result never looked like being anything other than a Fulford win though. Well done to all players today for your hard work and commitment to playing as a team. I couldn't pick out one individual performance for Mom today, so instead took the opportunity to recognise the massive contribution that Rob makes to our matches. He is a top notch referee, encouraging both teams and producing lots of positive feedback from opposition coaches and parents. Thank you Rob.
