Match report   FA CUP SECOND ROUND MATCH
Difficult match with only 12 players available from our squad of 17

Jack Lehuray stepped into the goalkeepers gloves and had a very solid performance winning him the player of the match.

A very physical encounter saw the teams going in at half time 0 - 0 with chances at both ends. James Dunwoody saw his well struck long range shot fly back off the cross bar but all in all a very even first half.

The second half started in a very similar way but Fulford took the lead after a through ball from Jack Dagwell put Ollie in on goal and he found the bottom corner of the net.

A second chance for Ollie followed and saw the ball rebound of the post into the path of Nick Turnbull who calmy passed the ball past the defenders on the line and into the net.

Tockwith pulled back a goal late on in the second half with a clear handball which Marodanna like helped the ball into the net. Although the player admitted he had handled it the referee had already awarded the goal and it therefore stood!

The match saw a red and yellow card awarded against Tockwith an a yellow card to Cameron Macleod for a late challenge.

A good win for a depleated squad in which everyone played their part. WELL DONE!
